"We loved the hotel"

"The room was perfect. Everything was clean, comfortable, and worked properly. The staff were friendly. We appreciated having a refridgerator and nespresso machine. We would have liked access to a microwave."

"Beim einchecken war das Personal nicht besonders höflich, da wir kein Englisch sprachen, wurden wir ziemlich desinteressiert behandelt. Das Zimmer verfügte über keine Klimaanlage oder Air Condition, es war so heiß es war unerträglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Trotzdem stelle ich mir unter einem vier Sterne Haus ein bisschen mehr Luxus vor. Die Bar wurde unprofessionell geführt. Alles in allem würde ich dort keinen Urlaub mehr verbringen."

"Clean room and helpful staff. The location had very easy access to transportation but we found limited affordable food options in the area. Continental breakfast was good with a lot of options. Also found there was loud music all night and other suspicious activity from people hanging around the area."

"Great location, clean rooms and the spa/pool was clean and great to have access to. The breakfast was really good and worth the additional charge. Check out Zaans Schans while in the area and the Burger n Shake was our favourite place to eat during our stay!"

"It was chaotic. Staff was chaotic. Bags stored for a fee which no other hotel had. Our bags didn’t fit in the bunks and we didn’t want to pay the fee so we upgraded to our own room. It was very nice. Overall nice hotel clean comfortable bed and great location to get into town."

"Really nice hotel. Great location just a short ferry (free) ride from Centraal Station. Quiet area with a couple of nice cafes nearby. The hotels policy of the guests choosing to miss room cleaning g daily and giving a few euros to spend at the cafe is great"

"The hotel was in a fairly central location, although it was a bit of a walk to most of the main attractions. The upside was that it was in a quieter area, making it a peaceful place to stay away from the crowds. The room was spacious by Amsterdam standards and had a modern, well-designed interior. Overall, it was comfortable and offered good value if you don’t mind walking a little to explore the city."

"Just stayed for 5 nights (which was originally meant to be 3) at the Hotel Jakarta. And honestly, how refreshing it is to find a hotel that actually exceeds our expectations. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was tasty and fresh, the hotel itself is very modern and hip, and the staff were also very helpful & friendly.
