"The shuttle to and from the airport does not run as frequently as it should, especially later at night. It cost 35 euros to get there to avoid a long wait for the shuttle. "

"Amazing, loved the plane in the grounds, didn’t take breakfast but looked great and the golden buzzer in the lift is a great draw. Pool was good although if a family member opted out of swimming they couldn’t spectate due to automated showers. Parking is pricey."

"We stayed in Amsterdam for 2 nights at this hotel. It was close to a metro stop for line 2 into Centraal Station meaning we were able to get into all of the tourist areas quickly (and cheaply for a family of 4!) The hotel was excellent as a base to explore, I was concerned about the area when we walked from a local car park (my car was not able to enter the zero emissions zone without a fine due to its age) but we had no problems other than a few homeless asking for money - this happened throughout Amsterdam so wasn't exclusive to the area around the hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and there were lots of facilities. The only gripe would be the lack of bar staff in an evening, the receptionist shared duties so service could be a bit slow. The breakfast was tasty, well stocked and tables cleaned quickly so we were all happy. If we go back to Amsterdam, we will definitely stay here again as it was great value for the price . "

"Room was fine, but hotel is very poor in general. Absolutely no facilities, no bar or restaurant. The only food facilities are takeaway pizza at crazy prices, and a very overpriced ‘tuck shop’. "
