"The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. "The hotel is very difficult to check in (no guide on keys and locks), a lot of stairs to go up with your suitcase and then the most disappointing point was that there are zero bathroom supplies including even hand-soap. I arrived around 6:30pm and in this small town all the grocery stores nearby were closed by then (or that’s what I could see on Google Maps) and I ended up not able to wash my hands or shower until next day."
