"The welcome on arrival was both warm and helpful and during our stay any questions we had were handled helpfully and professionally. The standard room was clean and comfortable and the limited space well used. Next time I will probably book a comfort room. We did not eat at the hotel other than lunch for which there was a menu with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and plentiful. "In Top Lage, unmittelbar in der Nähe des Zentrums und nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Da ich mit dem Fahrrad von Dortmund aus unterwegs war, war ich froh dies sicher im Hinterhof unterstellen zu können. Es gab eine vielfältige und frische Auswahl beim Frühstück, zudem sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und hat uns als 4-köpfiger Familie vollkommen gereicht. Wir waren begeistert und die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen."

"Uitstekend hotel in de haven van Delfzijl, uitstekend diner menu met heerlijke gerechten en een prima ontbijt, zeer uitgebreid. De kamers zijn wat oubollig, maar voldoen prima. Gratis koffie en fruit op de gang. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Groningse gastvrijheid."

"Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. There is limited parking places, but the parking in front of the hotel is free. Breakfast was included and was delicious. They had a nice variety of things to choose from (bread, croissant, yogurt, crackers, fruit, etc). Our room was neat, clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Our kids slept in a separate room with 2 single beds and desk. Only negative point is drunk and loud people outside our window that kept us...
