"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "The bed was comfortable however the room was not set up well. The furniture was crowded. The eating area was small and there were not enough utensils. The towel rack was so high I couldn’t reach it. The entry way had very steep stairs and this whole area smelled of mould and air freshener so that I held my breath going in and out. For three nights it was quiet but the last night there were people singing and shouting outside until 3am. Not our best hotel experience. "
