"Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! "We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case.
