"Nice location, very close to train station & grocery store . Spacious apartment .Nice to have Coffee, Cappuccino etc in Lobby. Washer & Dryer unit helpful. I’m told it’s no more Plus, even though name has plus . Probably charged for Plus. TV didn’t work. Every time we used toaster , light went out. We didn’t realize what was the problem initially. "This hotel is not really close to anything. Book your Uber at least 30mins in advanced for wherever you’re going. Renting a bike or a car is a better option if you stay here. Cleaning staff only comes once every 6 days but don’t give enough toilet paper for 6 days. I bought some from the Jumbo grocery store which is a ~20min walk. Overall I would not stay here again, mainly because of location. If you want to visit museums, do a bike tour, Anne Frank tour, etc. … all of that is at least 40mins...

"Really nice property, excellent location, quiet and relaxed, as it was 25 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam via a tram you could board 3 minutes away from the property. Good restaurant on site and good food options nearby. Property has a washing center that has washers and dryers that work perfectly. Which was one of our decision key points. Would definitely recommend. A+"

"Location was 5 minutes walking distance to public transportation, but overall a little far from the center of town for our purposes. Safe area to walk. Our bathroom flooded the first night, but they were able to move us to another room. No nightstand to charge phones etc. Tight space for two adults and two children even though its advertised as accommodating four people. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent!"
