"員工很友善 房間又大又乾淨 有電梯 對飯店走廊的隔音好 但窗戶的隔音稍差半夜聽到窗戶樓下路人講話聲音 稍微欠佳的是入住的時候 櫃檯沒有人 只留了一張幾分鐘後回來的牌子 本來以為等一下就好但等了很久都沒人回來 如果這樣應該ㄧ開始就要請客人打電話給櫃檯人員 以及房間的門是用類似木框配紙片窗，木框品質不佳一直掉下來 且釘子都外露 有安全疑慮 不過整體來說還是不錯的住宿"

"We really enjoyed our stay here overall. The location was absolutely fantastic and within walking distance to some of the famous sites, which made exploring very convenient. For places farther away, the tram was easily accessible and simple to use. There was also a grocery store nearby, which was very helpful during our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the instructions provided for getting into the property were very clear and easy to follow. The only downside for us was the stairs....

"Good location, plenty of eateries and bars near by, and shops & markets, could do with a spruce up, the decor was a little tired. No hand held shower and no lights in the shower room mirror."

"Great value for money and quick to answer in communications. However, we could not open the windows and no solution was provided. Cleaning could be better. Room is work out compared to the pictures. "

"This was a hidden little gem I wish I had found on previous trips. The local vibe and location are awesome. I will say that the only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars was due to two things. The cleaning crew left their cleaning supplies on the counter, not a huge deal, however, the loud neighbors at 2, 3, 4 am were a little overboard. "

"The room itself was very nice. The bed was very comfortable.The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We had great difficulty carry luggage upstairs because the spiral staircase steps are unbelievably narrow. They are perfectly fine for younger guests but beware if you are over 50. "

"Nice apartment with a nice view of the river. A little small but it has everything you need for your stay and to explore the city."
