"Très bel espace au coeur de la ville. Nous avions une vue superbe au 19 e étage. L'accueil au comptoir était un peu rude et sans chaleur. Le chauffage faisait défaut (trop chaud), le lave-vaisselle a brisé et un des deux ascenseurs était en panne. Il aurait fallu un petit coup de rafraîchissement à la peinture de l'appartement et au mobilier du salon."

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city. Everything matched the description perfectly. "Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! Needless to say we preferred to wash & change our own bedlinen. Apartment was clean but had no cleaning materials, e.g. small floor brush but no dustpan or mop. Washing...
