"The location is beautiful and the apartment is very clean and well styled. The property was a little tricky to locate at first as there is no signage/reception. Be aware that you will need to take your luggage up a very narrow flight of stairs. "

"peaceful stay at the house of a local dutch lady who was very helpful and pleasent . the room was very basic and all i really needed as i was out most of the day of my 4 day visit . sezane has a lovley little dog called "pomy" which i hope is well xxx kisses from across the sea pomy . the area was fantasic as it was very close to the museum quarter , but you can only get tickets online to the VAN GOGH museum which i missed ill get there next time "

"Fokko was a great host and was so warm and welcoming to my adult kids. They had a fantastic time and loved the Amstel Guest House."

"Not Luxtury but great for us. Location was perfect and facilities were much better than a small hotel room. It was spacious and quiet. We could come back in the afternoon and relax and enjoy the room and go back out in the evening. The fridge was well stocked with snacks, drinks and sandwiches. We asked for some extra bits and Jasper was happy to oblige. Would recommend to any other couples exploring Amsterdam. "

"Logement idéalement situé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Mark et Paul son très discrets, merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leurs attentions. L’emplacement en plein cœur d’un des meilleurs quartiers mais dans une rue calme. Très spacieux et parfaitement bien équipé et aménager. Je n’hésiterai pas à le réserver à nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour."

"Our stay at Het Kabinet was excellent. Great location, easy to find, friendly and accessible hosts who were quick to reply with questions and even accommodated an early arrival. Very well styled and very clean - would stay at Het Kabinet again and again!"
