"ONE OF MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCES AND AFTER TRAVELLING TO OVER 40 COUNTRIES,I HAVE NEVER FELT THE NEED TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW UNTIL NOW:I had a very disappointing experience at Anemomilos.I specifically paid for a bright white designer-style room with an indoor hot tube& distinctive design features, including a well design bed shown in the listing.However,upon arrival I was given a completely different room with darker and more basic interior lacking the design and features that influenced my choice and instead of an indoor hot tube it had an outdoor hot tub.The hotel’s response was to say that it was the same“room category,”but this does not reflect the reality of the experience.The room I received was clearly different.An indoor hot tub and an outdoor one r not equivalent,particularly in cold, windy, weather,where the outdoor facility becomes effectively unusable.As a result, a major feature I paid for could not be used at all and Idid not receive the room experience I had selected which significantly impacted my stay.When I raised the issue,I did not feel supported.I did not feel treated with the level of respect and professionalism expected.I also did not feel genuinely welcomed during my interaction with staff which added to the overall negative experience.Ispent several hrs trying to resolve the issue with Expedia,but was only met with automated responses with no outcome.the repetitive nature of these responses further added to the frustration.Overall disappointing"
