"Staff would not assist with luggage up the steep stairs in the front of the building and could not use the lift as that was designated for wheelchairs. The hairdryer did not work and the telephone did not work. Asked for a hairdryer would have to move rooms. Telephone they did not care. So I am not staying at the Ramada in the future"

"We didn't receive room cleaning service on the second day of our stay - they just replaced towels and left without making the bed or replacing necessary toiletries. In addition, location was not convenient and in my opnion should not be called city centre - it is misleading."
