"Rooms look nothing like the photos. Stained chairs and carpets, much smaller and different layout than the photos. It's literally student dorms for adults. I told the front desk it looked totally different from the photos (very politely) and instead of being apologetic or even empathic he said "The photo's are just examples". There was no manager to help out even though it was mid-week at 3pm. To summarise the room: 1. Stained chairs, sofa and carpet. 2. No "Toiletries" in the bathroom, just...

"They accommodated us the best they could given the situation. The only negative I have is the outside patio chairs were broken and having to clean fully before you check out. This means taking off all the sheets and taking the trash out. Also having to pay for towels. The scenery was beautiful. The gate being closed after midnight was crazy and not opening until 5 am was ridiculous"

The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. They promised to get it cleaned which they did while we were out at dinner but the...

"Diese Unterkunft war inexistent - Es war im Bestätigungsemail eine Tel.Nr. hinterlegt. Als ich da angerufen habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie keine Zimmer vermieten... War somit ein Fake! Hat grad etwas Stress verursacht... gut bin ich nicht dorthin gefahren! "

"Quite the unusual place to stay…very unique. Comfortable bed…plan on climbing some stairs for bathroom and kitchen, but all in all quite comfortable. Restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy!"
