The apartment was clean and super quiet. Even had an elevator which in Europe is a big plus! "

There was no luggage locker available, there are significantly fewer lockers than rooms available. No staff on site at any time to assist so had to pay to store luggage elsewhere. Support unhelpful in resolving the issue. "
