"The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. "高齢の母と1週間滞在しました。トラムやメトロの駅にも近く、スーパーや美味しいパン屋さんも徒歩10分圏内。建物が複雑で最初迷子になりそうだった 部屋は本当に広くて、2ベッドルームと、トイレも別に合ったので母が喜んでいた。 乾燥機付き洗濯機や、オーブン、IH、電子レンジと一通り揃っていたので、スーパーで食材を買い込んで夜や朝は料理することができた。乾燥機の音が大きくてびっくりしたけど、部屋の中にあると本当に便利。 スタッフとの連絡はWechatということだったが、eSIMを使っていたので旅行中は使えず、毎回フロントに行っていたが、皆親切だった。とくに空調の電源の入れ方がわからず悩んでいると部屋まで一緒に来てくれて引き出すんだよーと教えてくれた。 また泊まりたいと思います。ありがとうございました"

The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was.
