"Wj verbleven hier 3 nachten met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (5 en 8). Ontvangst was heel goed. Receptioniste was vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ook tijdens ons verblijf was zij altijd bereikbaar en gericht om het verblijf van de gasten zo prettig mogelijk te laten zijn. Onze kamer, inclusief badkamer en kamervloer, was schoon en dus niet met een franse slag gedaan. Wij waren hier erg content mee gezien wij waarde hechtten aan een schone omgeving. "Great apartment. Nice and clean. Arrived early and was able to use the lockers to lock up our luggage and explore the city while we waited for our room to be ready. The apartment is well stocked. Extra items are available for pick up in the supply room. The hotel is right on the water and swimming is allowed at the docks. There were quite a few locals enjoying the sunshine and having a dip while we were there. The only downfall to Numa Amsterdam is that it is a distance from the city centre. We...

"It was clean, bed was very comfy, pretty easy access to city center and beautiful parks nearby. A bit of quiet after a busy day."

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
