"It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking "

"This is the ultimate self contained apartment literally a stone's throw from the platform at Newcastle Interchange. We only stayed for one night to see a show at Civic Theatre but if we head back for a longer time to explore Newcastle we'll try and stay here! The property, as i mentioned is close to the train station, light rail station, bus Interchange and ferry wharf. Apart from transport the accommodation is close to a major shopping complex (Marketown) as well as numerous restaurants, cafes...

"Enchanting and unique property surrounded by beautiful gardens. John greeted us and assisted my elderly mother (wheeler) and with our bags then showed us the rooms etc. We were worried about being cold in the middle of winter but were kept comfortably warm with the a/c in bedrooms and electric blankets etc. This is a lovely place every travellers need has been provided for and we would love stay at again when visiting Newcastle. "
