"The staff didn’t seem happy about us checking in late. At breakfast we were told there wasn’t much food because they didn’t have many guests and didn’t want to cook too where they had leftovers. "

"Fairly good breakfast and clean, huge rooms. However, grout was in horrible shape, the tv was practically ancient (and way too small for the size of the room), no USB by the bedside. Just generally very dated and needing an overhaul. The staff was great."

"The hot tub was not hot at all. The door seal was terrible so stuff blew in under the door and floor was gritty. Toilet was not adult sized and bathroom needed work. Beds were well used not comfortable. Would not stay again."

"I showed up to check into my reserved and paid for room, but nobody was in the office to check me on. There was a button to push to ring a bell that nobody answered. There was a note on the counter with a phone number to call someone, but the number didn't work. The place looked condemned. There wasn't a single car in the parking lot. I ended up leaving and came back three times. Nobody was there. I left and booked another hotel 50 miles down the road. I want a refund. I will never prepay for a room with hotels.com again! Done!"
