"The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The check-in process through Whatsapp was smooth. The storage lockers (even the large ones) are very tiny if you are traveling with a family (I had the family room), and a second locker was not allowed."

El barrio Deusto tranquilo y lleno de pequeños negocios. Pero, no tienen a nadie en la recepción hasta las 4pm, no tienen agua ni café en el lobby, no puedes tomar desde su lobby ninguna excursión ni información al respecto. Y las chicas de la limpieza tienen problemas con atender a los huéspedes. No saben comportarse."

"Quiet place and easy access to Metro and buses. Not so close to dining places."

"Room was big, space to move around, nice comfy bed. Nice to have the kitchenette (we only stayed 2 nights but nice to have). Location solid - 10mins walk over to the Old Town and then down to Guggenheim. Buzzy area around hotel. Overall solid stay."
