"The hotel was fairly new it swmmed. It melled so fresh as I entered the lobbby. Not the typical old hotel smell. The customer service was excellent. I was greeted by friendly staff and refreshements. I would highly recommend.."

The only issue we experienced was cloudy water in the first room, but the staff handled it quickly and moved us to another room without any hassle. "The hotel has potential. However, the rooms and hallways appear worn and outdated. Overall cleanliness could be improved in those areas as well. There is no television in the bedroom of the one bedroom suite. Just one television in the living room area. The bathtub appears to be peeling, and if it’s been painted over multiple times rather than replaced. The lobby is the cleanest, most updated part of the hotel very welcoming and well maintained in comparison to the rest of the property. Staff...

"The staff were really great especially Darlene at the bar, she made amazing drinks and provided useful tips for getting around. Gus at the front desk and the other guy don’t remember his name was very helpful and friendly. I just wished that they had a bellman to assist with luggage or packages. No toothpaste or brush was provided as amenities. Please bring your own."
