"Expedia was who we booked through and the room was fine but they put us in a Handicap room even though they had plenty of other rooms ..and I always love the showers at Hampton Inns, and this was not a pleasant experience other than that it was great !! when you are handicapped I am sure it is nice, the staff and the room was overall great ! Just that flooding floor shower really ruined it for me !"

"We checked in with our reservation to the last room available. We dropped our stuff in the room that had an interesting odor only to head back out. Once we walked out of the room I realized the door doesn’t lock. Not only from the outside but the inside as well. We let the front desk know that we can’t stay in a room that does not lock we were told that it is their last room available and there will not be a maintenance person around for a few days because it’s Fourth of July weekend. "Outside parking lot needs a repaving but it seems the inside of the hotel has recently been renovated so it was basic but nice and clean. Staff was very pleasant."

"Great location in downtown Blue Ridge. We enjoyed the roof top bar at sunset to end our busy days. The first clerk who checked us in was very personable and helpful. The property was clean and maintained! We enjoyed our stay and will stay at this property again if in the area."

"The chairs were all stained, dead bolt didn’t work and written on the door in marker it so indicated that. The tub/shower was missing the overflow/stopper lever and just had a hole there. The sheets were stained yellow, the pillows were gross/flat and just nasty. I literally had no choice other than stay bc it was late and pouring rain and had paid Non-refundable….so I stayed and it was gross."

"Would have liked to have had better mattress on the beds Seemed like they were to soft and not very comfortable You could almost feel the springs when you put your weight on them Just seemed like inexpensive mattresses Other than that the stay was great One other thing the hot tub kept saying something about the primary filter needing to be looked at "
