"When looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville, everything was too expensive for my short trip so I chose The Star on Spring in Springdale which is literally down the street. It was so convenient! The hotel is on a side street in a cute town square area. Plenty of food options and shopping in walking distance. The hotel check in is easy with a code to the front & back door as well as the room. Our kids were downstairs with us parents until about 10:30pm on Friday night and they were being a little loud and the front desk employee kept giving dirty looks and then came over to the adults and told us they need to calm down. Thats fine and we made the kids go to bed, but on Saturday evening there was a party in the meeting room and they were playing loud music that could be heard on the second floor where another teammate's family was staying. "We travel to NWA several times a year, but this was our first stay at this location, and while we had relatively high expectations for our visit, it greatly exceeded those expectations. "This place was super close to the Ozark Misic Hall, which is why I picked it. Less than a three minute walk. The staff was super friendly and the room was perfectly nice and tidy. Everything you could need for a quick overnight stay after a concert."

"We were originally in a room that was not a suite and had a full size bed instead of a queen. They were able to move us to another room for the second night. The showers in both rooms had low pressure. There was no drain plug in the sink. The staff was polite and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. Location is close to everything you need. Nice to be between Fayetteville and Rogers. "
