"Great camel ride"

"Had a very relaxing 5 night stay. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean though starting to look a bit tired. The pool area was lovely and quiet during our stay. The only issue we had is that after we checked out we realised we had misplaced a set of headphones. We emailed the hotel straightaway but had no response. We tried calling and finally got through and told they would look into it and call back. To date we still have not had a response. Very disappointing!"

"Guest support did not sort out our internet connection throughout our stay. We were unable to connect wifi at home with our friends, all were coming abroad with laptops and mobilephones. i dont recommend this guest support to anyone who will stay here. Plus we paid 1544 AED city tax which there was no information on booking. Please be aware on booking on hidden charges. "

"Having stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had. What was advertised as a peaceful, desert retreat was the complete opposite. The hotel hosted a private event that ran from 6pm until 3am, with music so loud we couldn’t even hear each other speak inside our room. After a few hours we attempted to leave, but were told we were not eligible for a refund because the booking was made through a third party. While the hotel did offer a room upgrade, the way the situation was handled was poor and lacked any real consideration for our experience. The ruined our evening, as we had to move and took away from the location. The food was equally disappointing. Dinner was cold and tasted reheated rather than freshly prepared, and breakfast was no better, the eggs appeared to be powdered or processed. We spent over $600 USD on this stay, and it was absolutely not worth the money. Overall, this stay fell well short of expectations and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet or relaxing experience. I found out that t"
