"I appreciate the consistent quality of Holiday Inns, however, I do wish they would consistently offer breakfast as part of your stay. Breakfast is listed in the amenities, but is not included; a buffet breakfast can be purchased for an additional fee. The hotel was clean and the accommodations were quite comfortable with the exception of the small refrigerator not having a freezer section. The staff were friendly and lovely and I enjoyed my stay. My room had a lovely view of the Appalachian mountains to get me excited for my day of exploring."

"Nice hotel. Steep driveway but beautiful view from parking lot and some rooms. Clean well maintained rooms with many features. Breakfast and lunch are charged separately in the restaurant area. I just snacked in the room and made coffee as I was visiting family for meals. This hotel is a good value for its level of quality. Just know meals are an extra charge."

"Super clean. Comfortable bed. Easy adjacent parking. Friendly staff. Very close to Carillion clinic if you’re there for treatment it’s walkable or super short drive to the parking garage. "

"Outstanding property! Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room and comfortable bed and pillows. Nice chaise lounge to recline and stretch out your legs after a long day of travel. Nice to have a hot breakfast with eggs and breakfast sausage or bacon. Also enjoyed the Oikos yogurt."

"Totally surprised!! I was was looking for an inexpensive one night stay on my trip from New Hampshire to Alabama. I selected this one since it was about half way. The hotel was near the interstate 81. The place was VERY clean and quiet. The room was very clean and the bed was great. The front staff was extremely helpful and polite. Check in was quick and easy. I would recommend this highly!!!!"

"Very clean, quiet and conveniently located lodge at a reasonable price. It was just remodeled in retro style, which is very neat. Lots of parking. No breakfast but coffee and tea station is open all day. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We travel to Roanoke often so we definitely will stay here again "
