"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We stayed on the sunset side and had tea on the balcony in the morning. If you are lucky you can see the hot air balloons gliding over the vines before going higher in the sky. We had dinner and breakfast at the accommodation and both were excellent. The staff were warm and inviting."

"A very nice property located at the top of Mayday Hills that has lovely gardens for a morning walk around the estate. Room somewhat compact however for a solo, overnight stay it was great. The decor is charming and created a lovely ambience. There was no cooked breakfast available on the Monday, however the continental breakfast was enough. A beautiful morning to enjoy the sun on the deck and loads of friendly magpies singing for their breakfast! "

"Great stay and was nice being upgraded"

"A very comfortable twin share room with two beds including one queen sized bed. Couldn’t fault the room, the greeting at reception, however during the depths of Winter, arriving at 6.30pm, having the front window shut and perhaps some low setting of heating would have been more inviting on arrival. Even after more than an hour with the heater then put on, the room had only partially warmed up. Even then sleeping at night time was best with the electric blanket on a low setting.
