"Staffs were great! "

"In my room - 512, part of the skirting board was loose and coming off which can cause injury. In the bathroom, the shower screen couldn't keep in all the water from the shower cos the shower door won't close properly causing some of the water to stand on the floor. These becomes a slip hazard. Staff were very courteous throughout my 5 nights stay. The food was well prepared and tasty, although more can be done about the variety of drinks at the restaurant."

"This place is excellent and it was my second time staying there. The staff are always free and helpful. I gave the amenities a low score simply because they do not provide wash cloths and and extra towels for you spouse. Other than that the place is amazing. I would stay there each time I come. "

"Beautiful hotel, and one of the best in Lagos. A very good value for your money… staff were very nice and helpful. We (my Husband and I) enjoyed our stay throughout. The room was very big, the living room was perfect too. The bathroom is so lovely… generally feels so homely. I would book again when next I visit Nigeria. To top it all, a very clean hotel."

"Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones that were very poor, cutting out all the time and sound quality terrible. Screens also need an update. "
