Great hotel. Would stay again!

Nice hotel. Stayed in the 3bedroom suite and it was quite spacious. Downside it didn’t have a bathtub for the kids. Swimming pool was nice, kids really enjoyed it.

New hotel with very nice rooms

It was a good stay, and the staff was very friendly. Still a few small rough edges to improve given the hotel is new. The breakfast space is too small and not very fancy. There is no restaurant or bar with alcohol license. All in all, it was a good family friendly stay.

Excellent stay for 2 nights in the 3 bedroom suite. its very hard to find a hotel with enough beds when you have 3 kids and this suited our needs perfectly. we also enjoyed the breakfast available and the staff were very accomodating, especially when the coffee machine wasnt working properly, they gladly made us coffees that they usually charge for. my kinds enjoyed the pancakes and chocolate syrup while my husband and i made use of the the hot selections and ordered omlettes to the table. my husband also had a work meeting during our stay and made use the business centre in the basement (paid service) which worked well. my only recommendation would be to have more staff on the roof during pool open hours. we used the pool and there was no one there to help with the umbrellas, which my friend and i had to figure out on our own. my kids also loved the warm cookies at check in, and the front staff were nice enough to accomodate giving them some more at check out. thank you for that!
