"Exceptional place with an excellent host. Everything was perfect. We ended up choosing to forego an afternoon of site-seeing just to lounge around the pool in the court yard. The host and his family went above and beyond to make our stay the best couple of days during our two weeks in France."

First, there were barely any outlets in the room, one in the bathroom and only one in the main room. There were two regular usb's (typeC) so if you had a newer iphone or laptop you could not charge (they are type A) unless you knew and brought usb c adapters. "Excellent stay at Best Western Plus Avignon – Highly recommended! We just stayed at the Best Western Plus Avignon and overall found it to be a very good hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and one of the highlights of our stay. The indoor pool and sauna were amazing and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. "To be fair, this once elegant property is in a great location and the breakfast buffet & morning restaurant staff were excellent. Also, we were there in the middle of a severe heat wave, so staff and systems were strained to the max. Housekeeping staff were VERY NICE, but Front Desk - not so much. "Rooms were very clean with cold AC. Good kitchenette for longer stays. The issue I had was the attached bathroom is a wet bath, with the shower not being isolated and draining into a central drain in the bathroom. The floor in my room had areas where the water would pool and gradually move to the door, and took hours for the water to dry between the doorway, toilet and sink (sink is opposite the doorway) if not squeegeed. Breakfast is a bit overpriced for what is on offer. Find a local bakery....
