"Our experience at this hotel was beyond excellent. The room was so clean and modern and had two rooms with large rounded windows and a lovely balcony where you can see the city/port. The shower was clean and had great water pressure and the beds were made nicely each day. While the Hotel is small, I was positively surprised about the pool which was warmed and sports room, which was small but very nice considering the space it has. "

"Very nice English speaking staff, so helpful. The small bathing area is very nice. We were overlooking the beach which came with a beautiful view . There is a room and hallway to the lift that is very depressing, although authentic, could really do with modernising , this also applies to the breakfast room. It was lovely having breakfast overlooking the sea , you don’t have to sit in the breakfast room ."

"We checked in with the assistance of a wonderful Asian man. Very courteous and friendly. Not all the staff were as friendly. Our room was nice but there was a terrible smell like drains. We spoke to Italian man on reception who said it was cleaning products. It wasn't. We asked to be moved but he said the hotel was full :There were 3 tables occupied at breakfast. The room was clean however and the bed comfortable. When we checked out we saw the Asian receptionist man who said he would have moved...

"We had a wonderful time here. The location is very central, only a few minutes walk to great food, shopping, and the waterfront. The manager was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. He gave us lots of recommendations of what to do in Santa Margherita and Portofino, and we had a fantastic time following his advice. Thank you!!"

"Nice hotel, little dated, but in a great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent little pool, with a very reasonably priced bar. Good breakfast. Would go again. The town is beautiful. Only downside, parking at the hotel is very tight. Small multi story carcark up the hill, but it’s a little expensive."
