"Travelling from Ladispoli to Genoa, decided to stop somewhere and continue next morning. Found this place online scoring 9 Yet one lengthy review seemed to disagree,followed by an equally lengthy rebuke from the management. Intrigued, we decided to find out which story was right. Booked and stayed the night. The property was in a typical Italian building in a bustling city street in a beautiful Italian town. "The bed was comfortable but was not cleaned over two nights. The room was poorly equipped with one super flimsy plastic glass ( could not stand on its own and one other glass. They could do better at very little cost . The room location is very convenient to the Cinque Terre rail station. "

"A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!"

"Staff was helpful & our room was good ( except beds were soft & we like harder ones). Property is in center area with no parking on site but close if you can find a spot or they have a garage about four minute walk. Parking is not convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Our room was clean & had a good view of the towt"

"Good hotel, rooms were well equipped and clean. Walking distance to many restaurants, the train station, and the castle. Only possible issue is parking. They have a lot, but it is open to public parking also. Be ready to search for a spot if you're driving."

"Tem muitas escadas! Escada para chegar no prédio e escada para chegar no apartamento. Chegar cansado com mala e ter que subir tudo aquilo foi complicado. O prédio é bem antigo porém o apartamento foi todo modernizado. Tinha uma vista bonita da cidade. A localização era boa pois não ficava longe da estação de trem."

"Lage gut. Direkt am Hafen. Nach La Spezia City musste man allerdings das Auto nehmen. Nette kleine Wohnung. Schlafzimmer super. Die Schlafcouch war für zwei Teenager leider total unbequem. Zum Glück hatten wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht. Ansonsten war alles zufriedenstellend "

"La salle de bain présente beaucoup de moisissures, ce qui pose un réel problème d’hygiène. De plus, la lampe est défectueuse et le rideau est cassé. Nous avons également constaté une odeur assez forte et très désagréable dans la chambre, rendant le séjour inconfortable. Par ailleurs, nous avons beaucoup galéré pour accéder au logement, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée particulièrement compliquée."
