"​Beyond 5 Stars: A Luxurious Sanctuary! ​After 14 flights and 8 hotels, Palladio was our final stop. Despite a stressful flight delay (engine issues at takeoff), the incredible staff made us forget all our exhaustion. We were recharged with a welcome drink and surprised with a proactive upgrade to an Executive Room plus a 20% discount—no asking required, despite being Expedia Gold members. ​The 4th floor greets you with a heavenly scent. The room was magnificent: spacious, with a balcony, espresso machine, and premium minibar. A unique touch was the hotel's branded water in sleek black cans. Every staff member is fluent in English and truly professional. Beyond daily cleaning, the evening hospitality service checked on us with extra towels and delicious chocolates. ​On our last day, they granted a free late check-out until 4 PM, allowing us to end our 20-day trip in total comfort. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels across Peru and Argentina, Palladio deserves 7 stars. The team works with genuine passion to make you feel at home. Buenos Aires is a beautiful museum, and this hotel is the jewel at its heart. We can’t wait to return!"

"Staff are friendly and the location is good. But the rooms are small, beds are uncomfortable. Our room didn’t have a/c or a window. So it gets really warm and uncomfortable with no air movement. And they provide a breakfast which is a small amount of bread and coffee. Not really a breakfast worth mentioning. "

"This was a really unique property. It was clean, beautiful, and convenient. We felt like we were staying in a historic building. The included breakfast was coffee, fresh orange juice, toast, croissants, and spreads for the toast. The only con is that I wish the breakfast included protein. Eggs would have been nice. You can pay extra for it but it is not included. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay again. "
