The area is very quiet but you are a close drive to some great towns and cities, including Castiglione del Lago and Perugia. Very nice that they stock the fridge with wine from their winery, if you drink them you pay at checkout, this was a nice touch. They also gave us a complimentary bottle at checkout which was unexpected and lovely! Low key pretty sure our condo was haunted, but cannot confirm, haha "
