"I would not stay here again. It is inconvenient that there’s no staff onsite after 5p. The room itself is pretty but that’s about the only plus. The bath towels are large, which I appreciate. The included breakfast was delicious. Otherwise I didn’t enjoy my stay. The rooms are hot with no air circulation. You cannot use the air con during the “winter” so the room is hot and stuffy, the bathroom is even worse. We had to sleep with the windows open and it’s very loud outside. Someone was doing...

"I stayed here with some friends for two nights and couldn't have picked a better place to stay as a base in Pisa. The room was a good size for the 4 of us, comfy beds/pillows, tea and coffee making facilities were available and the breakfast was brilliant too. Staff were friendly and credit to the lovely lady who made us excellent Cappuccino's each morning with fantastic coffee art too! "A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"
