"Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"

Le café à volonté dans l’espace commun est top, et le petit-déj propose plein de spécialités italiennes avec jus frais. "This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! "Very good location in the middle of everything. It’s a bit tricky to find it but once you do it you’ll be very pleased that you chose them. It’s very clean and modern with the nice sheets for a comfortable sleep. The shower is small but the bathroom is clean and smells jasmine. Coffee is really good. Not a fan of the breakfast pastries because they have too much dough."

"The one employee I met was quite helpful, but the “smart” tv wouldn’t stream a single thing, I had to fix the tv myself in order for it to play anything on cable, not a single English Channel! They did tidy up the room during turn down service but did not replace the towels and the bed has no duvet just a woollen type blanket and a sheet. "I arrived there late in the evening by taxi, I was shocked when I pulled up outside. I told the taxi this couldn’t be , there was no signage and it was in an alley. I tried calling the number and they didn’t speak English. About 45 minutes later someone showed up opened the panel and the wall so we could go in there was laundry hanging from the windows, broken windows and trash everywhere.
