"We had such a wonderful stay in Arezzo. The property was in a great location, just a few steps away from everything. Gianfranco was a great host, he’s easy to communicate with, very attentive, and made sure we’re comfortable. His property was clean, spacious and safe. "The most prominent feature of this hotel is the terrace, what a fabulous view! The staff were very helpful and friendly, showing the Gym which is slightly hidden away behind the bar and the large relaxing public lounge. There is a wide offer for breakfast in a large room which I think is underused. It would for instance be a great place for a reception or other formal gathering."

"The room was a good size and had plenty of closet space. The bathroom needs some help. It’s tiny, even for European standards. A small shelf or shower caddy would be nice so you don’t have to bend over to pick up your shampoo in the shower. A towel hook would be nice too. Check in is complicated. You go to one building to get the keys, then they tell you to go to the building next door to your room, then go a few blocks over to actually check in and pay your...
