"STAY AWAY from this hotel. The management is absolutely horrible. We have a group of 11 people staying here this past weekend. "Loved my stay here, everything was super close and you could walk to lots of places. The hotel staff was lovely to us. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and something quick to grab if you didn’t want to go out for breakfast."

"If you’re looking to stay in the Zócalo area of Mexico City, Umbral Hotel is an excellent choice! Its location is convenient to many museums, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. And if you prefer to relax at the hotel for the day, you’ll have plenty of convenient options, including room service, two restaurants in the building, and a Tim Hortons right next door. It’s a wonderful place to stay if you want...
