"Parking was good. Facilities were OK. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Had a problem with room keys and had to go back downstairs to have them reprogrammed. Same issue later that evening. Staff was helpful but it was frustrating for this to happen twice."

"Did not stay . The lobby was very dirty . They look like they haven’t vacuumed that rug in years. The young lady sitting at the desk, checking in people should have to do some kind of lobby, maintenance, clean the windows vacuum wipe the tables down something.. I went at 2 o’clock seeing if there was any way that I can check in, but she told me she was not allowed to. And then also told me that my check-in was the night before, but I was not getting there until that day because my performance was that day and I didn’t need to come the night before.. I am still trying to figure out how to get a refund for a night. I never stayed there."
