"The hotel is in a good location. Lobby had a funky smell. Our bathroom was not very clean. It looked like my 12 year old did the paint job. Tub faucet ran all night... not a drip but steady stream. Time for check out, the front desk person did not ask how our stay was at all. I asked for a receipt and said their printer was broke so no way of getting one."

"Only hand held nozzle In shower. Your only option is horrible cable tv, no smart tv’s, my remote was broken, coffee maker broken, poll is half the size depicted on website and the button on treadmills were so worn out, difficult to adjust. Bed was ok, pillows awful. Will not be back "

"Pool water very cold and we had issues with our tv. Lady that brought sheets did not speak English so she didn’t understand what we needed. Trash under sofa bed when we pulled it out. Staff was very nervous very and helpful. "

Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help …."
