"The elevator area has spider webs you have to get around in the doer ways to get into it. The elevator looks as though it’s never been cleaned. The walls are so thin you can hear the other people next doo whispering"

"Close to freeway for easy travel, but no noise from freeway. We have stayed here several times over the years and staff is always very helpful. Breakfast is always very good. We checked out at 3:30 am to head home and they had a breakfast to go bag for us ."

"Everything was top notch. The beds were super comfy. Loved the breakfast buffet. Loved having the Claim Jumper right across the street, and an upscale mall right around the corner. There was always a convenient place to park. The Hotel even provided umbrellas for rainy days. Hubby loved the cookies. We definitely will come again when we visit our Portland family."

"Smell of urine when we first walked up to the door to check in! Carpet in the room was so dirty and paint on it plus paint splatters on the wall… shower curtain was torn and could not get the bathwater to turn all the way off… brought us a hairdryer since there was none in the room and it would not work. I have stayed in hotels for some 30 years in this ranks is one of the worst!!"

"Breakfast was good. The lady in the mornings is very sweet and helpful. Excellent location. The key card stopped working an hour before check-out, so I got distracted trying to get a new one. I left my new box fan near the door of my room and didn't receive my deposit back because of it. Stayed 8 nights."

"Got the worst room Possible due to Expedia. Breakfast non existent the room was smelly and not a regular room view of parking lot I would never have booked and paid $289 which they told me they’d comp because I was so unhappy they didn’t comp me so lied about that. Would never stay there again. Beware and never stay in room 19 unless you need wheel chair access. Very very disappointed with hotel and Expedia"

"Great location, easy parking, beautiful trees and views. Great bar and food, friendly helpful staff, great room and appointments, plus I happened to have an excellent balcony and east view, and nice bathroom. Everything was great, except I missed having a microwave. Would definitely stay again and told my local friends about it as well, for their other visiting guests."

"Honest review — The front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean. The location was excellent, close to town and the freeway. The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I might have just had a noisy guest above me. It’s not worth the $257 a night, but it’s still a charming older hotel.
