"Das Frühstück war leider etwas dürftig, es war keine Butter vorhanden, das Teewasser kalt, kaltes Rührei, Besteck und Geschirr was nicht aufgefüllt war. Das Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt. Das Personal war entweder nicht vorhanden oder überfordert."

"The room was nice but no one at the desk, check in is online and a code is sent to your email. No phone in the room and the room is not cleaned daily. The owner was very nice and the staff we did meet was excellent. Also the wifi password is not available easily. We had issues with cell provider so may it problem. "

"The idea of the apartment was great. I was worried about the self check in but the process was smooth. The apartment itself was well presented. However, we have not been informed of major building work taking place right outside the windows and as result we were woken up every morning at 7am even though this was meant to be a relaxed holiday stay. I have contacted the staff asking for swapping apartment to a quieter side but this was not possible. The apartment next door to us had hosted a...

"Central location, clean and modern interior. AC in room was nice as room was quite warm when we arrived. Friendly staff and nice breakfast."

"It's a great hotel, well located adjacent to old town and next to train station. The only negative, if you book thru expedia, the chain seems to be offended vs booking on their site. Expedia booking seems to lead to lower end rooms and never upgrades. Otherwise everything with the hotel is super."

"Das Hotelkonzept als Tagungshotel wurde sehr deutlich und ist sicher hervorragend. Als einzelner Geschäftsmann allerdings etwas wenig. Frühstück war um 8:00 Uhr schon etwas leer. Die auswahl könnte einwenig größer sein. Ansonsten hat mir das Hotel sehr gut gefallen."
