"Our room was clean and comfortable. What made this booking exceptional was the lengths Sergio went to in order to help us find our way to Zefiro Suites after our GPS stopped working. He actually found us in the city and escorted us to our destination. In all my years of traveling, I have never had such help, all with a kind and generous disposition. He truly was a trip savior. "Stayed for 3 nights with a family of 6, including 4 children under age 10. We basically had two separate bedrooms - my wife and I slept in one with the baby in the provided crib and the 3 older children all had single beds in the other room with the kitchen. Both rooms had a full bath. Table and chairs, small refrigerator, hot water kettle, cooktop, sink, and tableware all included. Only complaint is could have used a microwave. "Our stay at Calypso was perfect. We stayed for six nights. Conveniently located across the street from the Palermo train station so we could take numerous day trips from the city center.
