"I should have anticipated the service from the moment i walked into the reception... Despite calling the hotel manager for directions a day before checking in, the receptionist was totally unaware of my reservation. The swimming pool was dirty, WiFi was suspiciously down throughout my stay and some water pipes had broken, leaving constant drips on the stairwell and in the first room i was given.
