"I had problems with the hot water for 2 days until I got upgraded to the 3rd floor, where the rooms are well maintained and the plumbing works. This hotel need major renovations it’s a shade of what it used to be under private ownership. The people/ staff were lovely"

"Great stay. Staff was very welcoming. Room was clean and there is a wonderful restaurant nearby on the main road. "

"I booked 2 Rooms in one booking. When I come for check in, they said there is no booking found. Later they took few minutes to find my bookings. Then they said sorry. While i checked out the same problem they told only one room paid. Second payment not received. We showed our payment receipt. Then they took few minutes to check with their system they found full payment. We feel they are not in good knowledge. Unwanted waiting while check in and check out. "
