"Easy access around old quarter"

"Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Great location."

"Staff are knowledgeable about the area and helpful at the same time"

"very cool place"

"The Ann is a gorgeous little hotel Just far enough out of the quarters to be quiet but close enough to get into the action cheaply and quickly. Lovely pool area Great local eating in easy walking distance. Would stay here again"

"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...

"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. Complimentary self-serve laundry in the basement was so convenient. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were so attentive and helpful! We were having trouble making our plans to go to Ta Xua so they gave us a contract for that; we needed an item we couldn't...

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic Hotel Our stay at the Dusit Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is stunning, with gorgeous modern design, beautiful décor, and impeccable cleanliness. Our room was incredibly spacious, and having a kitchen made it even more comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a wonderful selection of delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble, and their hospitality was truly exceptional. We...

"GRAND du LAC is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and next to the St Joseph Cathedral. The ambiance is elegant, with beautiful architecture and top-notch services. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable. My only choice of hotel in Hanoi."

"My husband and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, and choosing Hotel du lac Signature in Hanoi was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the hotel’s sales team responded promptly to every inquiry. We asked about airport transfers and traffic conditions, and they arranged everything seamlessly. They even sent us thoughtful recommendations for how to make our anniversary trip extra special....
