"Liked my stay at Lotte City Hotel especially it is near the subway station. If there is one thing i will not forget, it is the staff ( especially the concierge who were always smiling and happy to get me a taxi/uber) And a 7-11 that is connected to the hotel helps a lot.I wish breakfast was part of the hotel stay but it does not change my opinion that i will stay here again if i go back to Seoul."

"We stayed at ENA when we were in Seoul. The location was great, about a 15-20 min walk to Myeongdong and 10 min walk to Namdaemun. Also a 5 min bus ride to Gyeongbokgung. It was close enough to Myeongdong but quieter than staying there. The only difficult part was that our taxi driver didn't know the hotel (maybe because it's relatively new?) but that was right at the beginning. "地下鉄やバスを使っての移動が便利な場所だと思います。kリムジンバスはホテル目の前に停まります。
お部屋は広く、お風呂とトイレが仕切られていた点は良かったです。
ただ一つ残念だった点は、洗面、お風呂などに他の方の髪の毛が複数残っていたことです。
もう少し綺麗に清掃していただけると、より快適に過ごせると思いました。"

"The hotel is so convenient to subway, airport bus, shopping and eateries. Staff is so helpful. The room is a bit small, especially the bathroom. No counter space for anything. The price we paid was a bit high for the room size but I guess it is based on supply and demand. Rooms were clean. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future. "
