Front desk staff were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants in the area and in assisting me with a major problem with my room.
The property was very humid. The rooms have small refrigerators in them that leak condensation if the room is not kept at a low enough temperature. I asked to have the refrigerator removed as it only added to the humidity in the room.
The first room I was assigned smelled musty and had black mold hiding behind the curtains. I alerted the front desk staff as soon as I realized there was mold in my room and they immediately assigned me a new room that smelled completely different and clean. I am shocked that the hotel staff (cleaning and maintenance) who are in and out of the rooms every day did not raise an issue with the way my original room smelled compared to other rooms. Or perhaps they had raised issues but the hotel management chose to rent the room anyway.
The second room I was assigned smelled better but also had a small amount of mold in the bathroom and had such a high level of humidity, all of my clothes felt damp.
I would not stay at this property again, nor would I recommend it.
