Stayed last weekend in April 2025. Upon arrival, I was concerned by the outside esthetics of this hotel as it doesn't look clean. The check-in staff were nice so that helped settle some of my initial worries. There was enough parking in front of the building and the elevator arrived quickly. I was in building #2 which has the restaurant. I liked that the rooms are inside so you don't have to deal with the elements. The room actually looked decent to my surprise. It appeared to have been remodeled. I like that the flooring was newer and not the old carpet. It was fairly clean but I reclean every hotel room that I stay in. I like the 2 bedroom set-up and how they are separated by the kitchenette. They had accordian style doors that gave you the illusion of privacy which my teenager liked but they were difficult to close. The beds were standard queens that appeared new but not luxury. The balcony view of the ocean made it all worth it.
Pros:
-the location (on the boardwalk & beach in the quieter section)
-parking was across the street and is ample enough but you got to walk
-the TVs in the room are smart tvs- fantastic!
-the pool and lazy river are actually warm and you can enjoy them.
Free internet access but it isn't secure but you can use it to watch streaming platforms
