This is the worst booking I have ever had and was shocked by the room. It smelled like mold and was dingy and dirty looks nothing like the images.

Lower your expectations

Bare bones experience- minimal glasses, dishes; no amenities like tissues, paper towels, and had to go to reception to request bath towels. Bed was creaky and furnishings very old.

It was good. I forget coming to the south means bugs. We found 3 dead roaches in our room when we got there. Our room keys got turned off twice in the 4 days we were there. The office is not conveniently located for when this happens. Minimal dining options on property, which makes it hard with a toddler. We ordered a 1bdrm with a king bed. They "upgraded" us to a 2bdrm with a queen in one and twins in the other. Fine, but unnecessary.

Beautiful rooms, and very clean. We loved the beach access, and layout of the property. Unfortunately we were called on the room phone roughly 7 times throughout the evening and early morning with no one answering the phone on the other end. The front staff told us that we should have just taken the phone off the hook. We were woken up several times throughout the night and it was quite frustrating. Other than that, the stay was very nice.

I like that it’s gated/felt safe. Parking great. Elevator was convenient. Golf cart takes you to & from the beach, but we walked since we were so close. The only complaint is our bedroom needed more lighting . Those little lamps don’t do it. It was very quiet there. The commercial washer/dryer room was on our floor, so that was very convenient/they were quick and it was only $1.50 each (take quarters only) The pool was great. The landscaping/trees are very nice. Bring paper towels, body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent. They provide powder for dish washer/bags for trash can/toilet paper, towels, wash cloths, one little soap.
