It was not what the pictures look like online, there was very limited parking spaces, the pool looked dirty, we did not get it in, the bedroom did not have a door to it, but overall the rooms were clean and beds was comfortable and if we needed anything the staff was there in a timely manner.

Stay was worth the money. Did not get deposit back because we left before they opened and I called and never got an answer. Pool and pool area was perfect. There were 8 of us and genuinely liked the place. Could have used a lot of updates but almost looked like they were doing those things between guests. Staff sat outside the whole visit as if they were watching the guests. I might return, I might not. It was convenient to a lot of places. Short walk to the beach.

Great place to stay at a great budget price

Our trip was great. Ms Carrie was so sweet and friendly. She was such a big help with accommodations and all for me and my partner who injured his leg at work. We will definitely stay again

The room was good for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area is clean and nice. My only real complaint..... It would be nice to get the room clean and a change new towels with out having to grab my own and bring them down.

They keep a $150 Deposit

At check-in, they collect a $150 deposit which was to be refunded upon check out. When no refund was issued, I went back to the hotel demanding my deposit back. It is being done now, the manager claimed. Weeks later, still no refund.Hotels.com should ban them from this site for unscrupulous business practices.

The hotel has so much potential if they can get rid of some of the long term people that stay there. The staff on the other hand are so very friendly. Especially Ottevia at the front. There was a disconnect with Expedia and the property so my room wasn’t ready but that didn’t stop Ottevia from going to help get my room ready. She was super sweet and exceptionally friendly. True asset.

Terrible. I called prop at 2pm and room was not available until 4. Had an event i went to that when it was over and i went to go check in hotel abot 830pm the office was already closed and i was never able to check in and had to get another hotel room

We can not sleep very well people was drinking and making noise until 2:20 am of the next day. The refrigerator was dirty and we didn’t have towels. We texted and called the number that was there for any needs and we never received an answer back

I booked this reservation, 3 days before date I got a email saying that my card didn't go through and if I didn't update my payment method. But I had the option to pay at hotel. 2 day before the date I got another email stating the same thing I tried calling and did not get a response or a answer . My wife and kids ended up getting covid and we assumed it got cancelled from the emails I received

There was no one ever in the office and if so, they were rude. Wifi didn't work, pool looked green, bugs in the room, and shower doors didn't close all the way. If you stay here, make sure to bring towels if you want to swim or go to the beach. You can't use their towels, or you will get fined. My daughter and I was afraid to do anything in the motel in fear of getting charged a fee.

I do not recommend this place, there are cockroaches, you will not be able to bathe well because only 3 drops of water come out in the shower and it is only cold water, the kitchen is not equipped, at the time of check in they asked me for a deposit of $ 100 of which they returned only $ 50 because according to what I left many dirty dishes when they only had a pot, a rusty pan and a couple of spoons, the utensils I used were disposable and a pan that I bought myself.
