Thích: Liên lạc, độ chính xác của thông tin nơi lưu trú
This beach villa duplex bungalow was conveniently located with-in walking distance to the beach and was spacious. No shops with-in walking distance though and there was obviously a problem with stray cats urinating on the A/C unit, other than that it was perfect for the price.

The place is a total dump. I would suggest that you would find a better place to stay. As a matter a fact you should definitely remove this property from your site! They tell you that the remaining balance would be taken out once you check in when in fact that take from your account the following day with no refunds.

The first 30 minutes at the property I killed 10 roaches! I when to the store to buy roach spray and the property manager gave me 4 roach traps! They did not help! There are roaches in every room! Three nights I woke up with roaches on my face and on my husband’s arm! We kill approximately 50 or more roaches in 5 days! The dishwasher had mole and smell awful! The furniture in the livingroom is dirty, we did no sit on them! The furniture on the front porch was also filthy! The refrigerator is dirty! I sent the property manager an email regarding this and have not received a courtesy response! We checked out a day early and she did not seem to care! This property is a total dump! DO NOT STAY THERE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AT ALL! PS: I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING I PUT IN THIS REVIEW!

The fridge inside did not work but there was a back up on the porch and the communication was exactly about the issue.

RECOMMENDATION:NEVER stay in any property with this company. Problems from the beginning before checking in to the rental. When in the area 20 days before arrival, I rode by the property. I was extremely upset in the condition of the rental, for it was deceptive from the pictures and description found on Expedia. I immediately called Expedia to contact the host to get a refund, but since I had surpassed the refund date, I was told by the rental company there’s nothing they could do. The screened in porch had holes in the screen, screens falling off the windows, the furniture was soiled and broken on the porch, cigarette butts in the yard, therefore, I was very afraid to see what the inside looked like based on the first impression of the outside of the property. When I decided to go with this property because of its location to beach and its cost, the review on Expedia was a 7.0 but since then has dropped to a 4.4 due to recent reviews these last 20days again causing great concern.Upon arrival for check-in time at 4 PM I still hadn’t received a text message or email regarding check-in procedures. I reached out to the host, and was finally sent check-in information. Roach traps in multiple closets, porch furniture still soiled and broken, and the non-negotiable was the soiled mattress. It was disgusting! NO words for the filthiness! We didn’t stay there and had to spend more money to put my family in a safe and clean place for vacation.AVOID this Windy Hill rental company!

Won’t choose this company again.

There was an additional charge for a pool voucher at a gym that was located next to their main office. But it was 10 miles away. I purchased it on a Sunday having 3 nights there but the worker nee that the gym was already closed at the time of my purchase and was charging me for 3 nights anyway. I didn’t find out until driving out there and the gym was closed. I called the next day to request a refund for the voucher and was told it had to be cleared from management and a return phone call would be coming. Never received it. Remotes were chewed on from previous visitors with dogs. The bed was on the floor not on a frame. No instructions on using the multiple remotes for the TV so no access to it while there.
