Khách sạn Myrtle Grove

"Room smelled a bit like mold, was told to get out of shower on night two due to leaking onto second floor and wasn’t given an option to switch rooms. Then the tv didn’t work. The staff however was extremely polite and understanding as well as helpful with trying to get the tv back working. However felt like I should have been comped or given a discount due to the circumstances."

"Muy buena elección buena estancia"

"The hotel had a fresh clean smell upon walking in the door. The room was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and had a good breakfast; although, the waffle machine was out of products. Front lady at the desk could have been friendlier. I guess she was having a bad day cause the computer was down. Wasn’t my fault. She said her speech about if you need anything, let me know, but I could tell she didn’t mean it. Room was clean minus a little bit of hair in shower. I’m sure housekeeping...

"Staff was outstanding, very friendly,"

"The stay was very nice and clean but the furniture was old and worn. I received a good price so I was pleased. The staff were very nice and courteous!!"

"Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again."

"Room didn’t feel clean. I spilled water on the floor and used a towel to clean the spill. The towel was filthy after wiping up the water. Shower curtain had holes in it and the shower head was rusted. Sheets seemed clean and staff changed the sheets and made the bed daily. Staff was friendly."

"Quiet and accommodating"

"Overall pretty nice. The only problem for us is they allow dogs to stay in a room"

"Great Staff! Very Clean"

"There was a very bad mildew smell to the property , the drains wouldn’t drain in the shower and the property was unfortunately damaged from the storm that recently passed through."

"Nice safe clean quiet convenient hotel. There was some confusion about a free breakfast. I think you have to pay for it when you make your reservations. Its not free! However, the front desk gave me a coupon for a free continental breakfast."

"Rooms are aged. Door jam for our room was missing a large piece. Understaffed so I waited 15 minutes for a drink at the bar behind the lone desk clerk. This was a one time deal. Too pricey with the condition of the place. No real damage either from the recent hurricane."
